Under Governor DeSantis’ leadership, Florida is the number one state in the nation to raise a family.

The Governor worked tirelessly over the last four years to ensure that parents in the state of Florida had a voice and could continue to protect their family’s well-being, safety, and prosperity. A vital element in this task was First Lady Casey DeSantis’ initiative to bring together one million Florida Mamas on a Mission, which is the largest parent-led movement in state history.

Through months of hard work, events, texts, phone calls, and door-to-door engagement, the First Lady successfully mobilized more than 1.1 million mamas, grandmamas, abuelas, nanas, and more to stand with the Governor. 

With the help of this monumental accomplishment, and because of the policies championed by the Governor, Governor DeSantis won female voters by at least 7%, won independent voters by at least 20%, won a total of 62 total counties, and delivered historic victories in Democrat strongholds – Miami-Dade and Palm Beach County.

These triumphs will continue to put Florida’s families first by providing safe and secure communities, ensuring kids get a robust education, keeping Florida’s economy thriving, and protecting Florida’s environment.

The Governor’s record-breaking success reflects the four years of critical policy accomplishments as Florida has become the nation’s beacon of freedom, creating a blueprint for the nation to follow going forward in time.
